WHEN TO START USING IT
For best results, the TENS machine is typically started in early labour and used consistently as contractions become more regular.
1. Choose your hire duration
Select 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on how close you are to your due date.
Most women choose 8 week hire to allow plenty of time before and after birth.
2. Select your delivery date
Choose the date you’d like your TENS to arrive.
We’ll ensure it arrives on or before this date, ready for use in early labour.
For best results, we recommend selecting a date around 36 weeks gestation.
3. Use during labour
Start using your TENS at home in early labour and adjust intensity as your contractions build.
4. Easy return
We’ll send you a reminder when your hire is ending.
Simply place everything back into the prepaid satchel and drop it at any Australia Post outlet.
Used electrodes can be disposed of.
