Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

In the event of requiring to cancel your booking prior to dispatch, we will refund you for your hire.

Please do your best to inform us of this well before your TENS/order is due to be sent to you.

We do not provide any refunds for the following reasons:

  • If your TENS has already been dispatched and it did not arrive to you in time for your birth, unfortunately this is the nature of labour - we don't know when these babies will enter the world! We also cannot take responsibility for delays in postage as this is out of our control. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number. If your order appears to be moving slower than normal time frames please email us hello@mamaandico.com.au and we will do our best to send a replacement to you. 
  • If you wish to cancel your TENS hire after the device has been dispatched, which includes when your TENS is ready for click and collect and you have not collected your order.
  • If you do not use your TENS machine in labour.
  • If you feel you did not benefit from the use of the TENS machine in labour or your TENS Machine was not working. As per our TENS Hire Agreement we do state it is your responsibility to check that all contents of the hire package are included and in working order. Prior to dispatch we have thoroughly cleaned, tried and tested that all items are in working order. 
  • If your birth did not go to plan and you did not have the opportunity to use the machine or if you have an unexpected emergency caesarean section.

LOST POSTAGE BAGS

In instances where your return postage bag is misplaced, it will be your responsibility to wear the costs and replace the postage bag. NOTE: Make sure you include your contact details on the package.
