How to use
Hold the comb firmly in the palm of your hand with the teeth pressing into the fleshy part below your fingers. Squeeze during each contraction, then relax your grip between contractions. Many women find it helpful to pair the comb with slow breathing, movement, water therapy, or a TENS machine.
